This game fits in with most horror games. This market is massive and has many great games but non with the story line like ours. The game has many competitors for example we will have competitors like until dawn, layers of fear,  amnesia these are competitors because of horror. The other games are competitors because off the adventure- gone home, everybody's gone to the rapture.
The game companies that we will be competing against are -supermassive games, frictional games, Bloober, Fullbright company and Chinese room.
Our game will compete against these companies as it is the same genre.
The game doesn’t have combat but still brings horror to the user this is different to the other games as they all include combat.
Cost


I created the gant chart so we knew what we was going to do through out the weeks off planning.


This is my production schedule off the production off the game I did this so then you can see how long it took to plan and make.

Presentation




This is another slide I did with Maddie and it was just pointing out what happens in the game in brief bullet points.






I also did games market as I knew about the market surrounding horror games and had a good idea on what to talk about when it came to this genre off game. 


Me and Maddie decided on who the target audience will be together.



I presented this slide as I did all the budgeting for this game.
I decided to have a small amount of staff to keep cost low how ever after the presentation Dave said that we needed to increase the amount off staff as it is a big game and will need tu=his amount off staff to make the launch day.  

At the end off the presentation we had feedback from Dave and Mr Helliwell and one off the point they talked about was the fact that we didn't use any others sources off visual to show what we meant so for example pictures of visual we would like the game to include.

Developing the Game Idea

Out of all of my ideas I have chosen one so I can develop my idea I have chosen
Streamline Buggy
I have chosen this idea as it is a really good it is about soapbox racing and is really unique.
The bet possible hardware for this game is console I would say this as we will be able to put more features into the game and make the game better and more fun.
The target audience for this game would be 8 to 16 however anybody can play it but I will aim the game at a male or female audience.
The genre of the game would be racing as it includes karts.
